Louis Jefferson III’s Bio

Louis Jefferson III was born May 1, 1986 at Yale New Haven Hospital. From an early age he has always had artistic ambitions. Naturally an artist by trade, Jefferson began his art career as soon as he could pick up a pencil. At age six, when in first grade, he was told by his art teacher and peers that he could draw at a third grade level. When in sixth grade he was considered to be on a high school level.

In high school, Jefferson went on to become president of his high school’s National Arts Honor Society, and to win various prestigious awards. One of these included a scholarship from, the Jaime A. Hulley fund for the arts, which allowed him to attend Southern Connecticut State University.

Jefferson is a 2008 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, and now lives in New York working at the Watchtower Educational Center, a facility that focuses on Bible- based education and artistic design for publications that are distributed worldwide. Jefferson has recently taken his vibrantly colorful and musically encrypted art to other parts of the country such as: New York, Philadelphia, and New Orleans. Along with his uncle, Edward, Jefferson is becoming one of the nation's premiere artists thanks to supporters like you.
